For more than twenty-five years, Joe and Sharon Payne faithfully served the local church. In 2019, they sensed God calling them into a new season—not retirement, but a broader ministry of encouraging pastors, strengthening churches, and helping believers deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Today, their mission is to serve churches across North America through preaching, teaching, writing, mentoring, consulting, and leadership development. Every opportunity to minister is driven by one purpose: to strengthen Christ's Church and encourage those who serve it.

Rather than building a large organization, Joe and Sharon have chosen a simple lifestyle that allows them to invest their time and energy where they believe God is leading. They depend on the generosity of faithful friends and ministry partners who share their passion for seeing churches become healthier, stronger, and more faithful to God's Word.

Concerning Tax-Deductible Contributions

Joe and Sharon have intentionally chosen to operate this ministry independently rather than as a tax-exempt organization. They believe this allows them to speak with biblical conviction while remaining free from organizational and regulatory constraints that can accompany nonprofit status.

As a result, financial gifts to this ministry are not tax-deductible. We understand this may influence some giving decisions, and we are grateful for those who choose to partner with us because they believe in the mission and its impact.
